At MyFlexiType, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your MyFlexiType Pro™, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 90 days of your purchase to request a return authorization.
- Package Your Item: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and the original receipt.
- Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
